Director
Miron is a director and co-founder of Grove End Advisory & Capital. With over 25 years as a business analyst and corporate finance specialist, he is highly regarded for his deep cross-industry experience and his ability to simplify
complex problems.
He has consulted to Boards and Senior Executive management, advising on corporate transactions and business improvement projects in the industrial, financial services, and technology sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Monash University and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Anthony Stani
Director
Anthony is a director of Grove End Advisory & Capital. He has over 26 years' experience advising ASX listed companies, IPO candidates and private businesses, and has held senior roles in investment banking, equities research and funds management.
His expertise includes public and private company equity transactions, structuring and public company conversion, mergers and acquisitions, and stakeholder relations and investor relations for ASX listed companies.
Anthony was previously CFO for several private companies.

range of sectors including technology, superannuation, insurance, and manufacturing.
Jack has helped clients work through highly complex transactions, and is highly regarded for his detailed orientation and innovative approach.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Monash University and is currently completing his Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering.
